To use all of PriceCheck’s features, you’ll need an account. Sign up to create an account or log in to your existing account.


Set your Profile Details and Notifications to receive relevant communication from us.


You can leave reviews for both Products and Shops on PriceCheck.

Product Reviews: To leave a review on a product, go to the product page and click “Write a review”.

Shop Reviews: To leave a review on your experience with a shop, click on the shop’s logo to go to the Shop’s page, or locate the shop in the Shop Directory, and click on “Write a review” on the left-hand side of the page.

All your reviews will be stored in Your Account > Reviews.


You will be able to review and manage all orders placed on PriceCheck when using the “Add to Cart” button through Your Account > Orders. Click on “View Order” to open the order.

The following actions are available:

  • Track Order – displays your order’s tracking history
  • Print Receipt – downloads a copy of your order receipt
  • Contact Shop – to send a query to the shop. Select a query reason, type your message, and click “Send”. All communication will be displayed in your Message Centre


Message Centre
If you have questions about an item or an order you have placed, you can contact the Shop directly on PriceCheck, either on the product page by selecting “Ask this seller a question” or by clicking “Contact Shop” within your Orders.

All questions and answers between you and the shops will be displayed in Your Account > Message Centre.


Price Alerts
Set up Price Alerts to be alerted of price drops for those products you want the most. Manage your Price Alerts from within Your Account > Price Alerts.


Save items to your wishlist to keep them on your radar.

  • On the product page, select “Add to wishlist” and it will be added to your wishlist at the top of the page.
  • Close the wishlist by clicking the “x” on the top-right hand corner.
  • Access your Wishlist again by selecting Your Account > Wishlist.
