The Message Centre lets customers communicate with you directly from the PriceCheck website. It is available in your Merchant Dashboard so you can respond, and manage, all marketplace-related queries in one place.

When submitting a query, the customer will be required to select one of the following query types:

  • Product
  • Delivery
  • Invoicing
  • Returns
  • Other

Each time a customer submits a message, you will be notified via email. As per our SLA, you will have 2 business days to respond to the message via the Message Centre. Your responses will be monitored and evaluated by the PriceCheck team.

Research shows that orders with messages responded to within 24 hours receive 50% less negative feedback compared to orders with messages responded to after 24 hours. To create a positive experience for your customers and maintain your Merchant Performance rating, we encourage you to treat these messages as a priority and respond well within the SLA time.
